We are recruiting a Safety Critical Compliance Coordinator to support new safety critical work that we have recently been successful in securing. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a team to support the deployment of staff ensuring strong compliance to system and process.
Main duties/responsibilities:
• Coordinator safety critical paperwork and staff site familiarisation for multiple shifts.
• Lead whiteboard presentation preparation for multiple sites throughout Scotland.
• Deliver whiteboard presentations.
• Undertake operational shifts as necessary.
• Support compliance activities, including site safety inspections and safety critical communications audits.
• Support colleague technical and non technical skills development.
• PAYE contract with guaranteed hours.
Essential/Key requirements
• Good IT skills and familiar with Microsoft applications.
• Hold senior safety critical competences i.e. ES/PICOP/NP.
• Good communicator and willing to work flexibly between office and site.
Desirable
• Previously worked in a compliance environment.
• Ability to brief and mentor staff on personal development.
