The PICOP competence is required to be held by anyone who is required to set up and manage a possession for the purpose of undertaking engineering works on the rail infrastructure.

Role:

Taking an engineering possession on the rail infrastructure.

This includes the management of on and off-tracking On Track Plant (OTP) and single train movements within the possession

Skills:

Must be a minimum age of 18 Must hold a valid IWA or COSS & PICOP competence.

Must hold a valid Medical and Drugs and Alcohol certificate issued by Network Rail

Have a FULL UK Driving License

Excellent communication skills
