SWGR are seeking a professional MCCO to work within the Northwest of England.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Undertake announced and unannounced site assurance checks.
• Undertake other assurance checks to include, but not be limited to safety critical communications.
• Review and analyse intelligence and data gathered from the various assurance activities.
• Produce on a weekly basis an assurance plan.
• Undertake a review of locally held (PM) action tracker databases to evaluate the level of ‘’close out’’ and report on findings.
• Respond to incidents as is necessary to manage as the first responder.
• Undertake initial investigations into incidents, accident and occurrence.
• Undertake on-site briefings
• Undertake on-call duties (potentially 1 in 5 on average).
