Vacancy for our Glasgow office
Key responsibilities and accountabilities :
• Ensure all client orders are accurately reconciled with timesheets and processed to payroll in a timely manner.
• Update operational databases and ensure orderly files and records are compliant with all internal and external audit requirements.
• Upload new users to the SWGR Worksafe app weekly and liaise with delivery to ensure users are added before their first operational shift.
• Produce weekly reports by pulling data from various internal systems.
Knowledge, Experience and Education Requirements :
• Experience in a similar administration focused role essential.
