We are recruiting an experienced Track Supervisor to manage general track maintenance within depots in Scotland.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct a track maintenance team in the maintenance programme for plain line and S&C maintenance activities for various asset types

• Undertake Basic Track Inspection duties.

• Has a good knowledge and understanding of track maintenance practices and track standards.

• Knowledgeable of material, components and plant require for the tasks.

• Ordering of material, plant and tools necessary to complete maintenance activities.

• Keep accurate records of staff time and site diaries, timely communication to head office.

Essential/Key Requirements:

• Safety conscious, with safety of staff and operational asset your priority.

• Competent and experienced in track maintenance with a proven track record for track maintenance and safety.

• Good communicator both written, verbal and familiar with IT skills for reports/feedback.

• Track Certification for track maintenance, PTS, COSS
