SWGR are recruiting for a Frontline Development Officer, to support in the development of frontline safety critical rail colleagues. This role will be based in the north of Scotland to service our contracts that are north of Perth.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

Undertake a Safety Critical Role night (S/PICOP/PS/ES/COSS etc.)

Undertake workplace development and mentor shifts for new starts and colleagues new to a competency including the completion of relevant paperwork.

Undertake non-technical skills (NTS) assessments with frontline colleagues.

Assist with recruiting new colleagues.

Support management team with voice communication audits.

Support with SWGR control duties.
