Following recent contract awards SWGR are looking for a resource coordinator to join our team in Doncaster supporting the Senior Area Business Manager with the day-to-day coordination of the contracts.
Responsibilities:

Ensure high levels of service delivery by having a clear understanding of the requirements of the job/ client so that we supply the best available staff to ensure that all work is carried out to the satisfaction of the client’s requirements, timescales and expectations.

Ensure adequate monitoring systems and records are maintained and report any Client issues or problems to line management to ensure that all contracts are properly supported with personnel, consumables and equipment to maintain the quality of service.

Contact all personnel usually by phone and allocate them to contracts
- Organise transport and pick up locations that not only meet the company and client requirements but takes into consideration maximisation of vehicle utilisation and fuel costs.

To liaise with the Sentinel co-ordinator on a regular basis to ensure status of work force competencies are up to date and plan any training/assessment requirement to achieve maximum utilisation of personnel.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience Requirements:
- Relevant Network Rail Sentinel Skills Competencies, knowledge and experience.
- Impressive, demonstrable track record of skills/experience gained within a similar position within fast paced, highly demanding and challenging organisations.

Specialised training/experience in resource management, staff planning, SSOW Planning, business liaison, account management and customer services.
Location: Doncaster
Days of Work: Monday to Friday
Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday 9am until 5pm Friday 9am until 3.45pm
