We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Warrington office, specialising in the Rail, Construction, and Civil Engineering industries across the UK.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a fast-paced technical recruitment environment, delivering high-quality candidates to clients nationwide while developing strong, long-term partnerships.
The Role
You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and placement, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities

Recruiting skilled professionals within Rail, Construction, and Civil Engineering sectors

Managing candidate onboarding and compliance documentation

Resourcing and maintaining talent pipelines across the UK

Developing and nurturing client relationships

Achieving KPIs linked to bonus incentives

Maintaining accurate CRM and candidate records
Requirements
-
Previous experience in recruitment (essential)

Experience within technical, construction, civil engineering, or rail recruitment (preferred)

Strong organisational and time management skills

Commercial awareness and target-driven mindset

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Working Hours & Benefits

Monday – Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm

Friday: 9:00am – 3:45pm

45-minute lunch break each day
