We are seeking dedicated PWAY & Safety Critical Staff to join our team. This role is vital to ensuring the safety and operational integrity of our railway infrastructure. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining safety standards, supporting track operations, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Pay: Competitive rates (dependent on role, ticketing and experience)
Shifts: Days, Nights & Weekends available

Roles We Are Looking For

We are recruiting for staff holding valid competencies including but not limited to:

– PTS operatives
– Controller of Site Safety
– Engineering Supervisor
– Points Operator
– Handback Engineer
– Track Chargeman
– Machine / Plant Operators 

– MC / CC 

– Level Crossing Attendant

– Rail Stressing / Stressing Support Staff

Requirements

– Valid PTS certification (Sentinel card)
– Relevant Safety Critical competencies for the role
– Previous PWAY / track experience preferred
– Ability to work day, night and weekend shifts
– Reliable, punctual and safety focused attitude

– Right to work in the UK 

Key Skills & Experience

– Previous experience working on Network Rail infrastructure
– Experience in track renewals, maintenance and installation
– Knowledge of railway safety standards and procedures
– Ability to interpret Safe Work Packs
– Experience working within possessions, isolations and line block environments
– Understanding of railway worksite protection arrangements
– Strong communication and teamwork skills
– Commitment to safe working practices on the railway
