Sales Ledger / Credit Control Assistant

SWGR

SWGR is looking for an experienced person to carry out Sales Ledger/Credit Control duties. Based in Springburn the successful applicant will report to the Credit Manager where duties will include the following:

  • THIS IS AN OFFICE-BASED ROLE
  • Setting up new clients and carrying out credit checks
  • Track and produce applications for payment and invoicing
  • Tracking client turnover and client rebates
  • Liaising with internal departments re billing and client queries
  • Chasing for payments, cash allocation and providing copy invoices and statements, etc.
  • Deal with any queries and report KPI’s internally and externally
  • General clerical duties and any other duties as reasonably required

Desirable qualities:

  • Previous Sales Ledger or Credit Control experience
  • Good communications skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • An analytical mind
  • A good eye for detail

Hours of Work:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 9am to 5pm
