Sales Ledger Clerk

SWGR are urgently seeking a Sales Ledger Clerk to join our Accounts/Finance team in Springburn. Working within the Revenue Control division you will carry out the following duties:

  • Collating order paperwork on a daily/weekly basis, liaising with internal departments on any anomalies or queries.
  • Downloading reports, checking costs & preparing applications for payment within the timescales required.
  • Ensuring certificates are received, invoiced & paid in a timeous manner.
  • Chasing for payments, cash allocation, providing copy invoices, statements & dealing with any queries internally & externally..
  • General clerical duties & to carry our any other reasonable duties as requested.

Knowledge and experience requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year in a Finance/Accounts role essential
  • HNC/HND in accounts/finance desirable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
