SWGR are URGENTLY looking for a Receptionist. The role is part time 3 days per week – Monday to Wednesday. Based at our Head Office in Springburn, the successful candidate must have previous experience as a Telephonist/Receptionist and experience of operating an electronic switchboard.
- Open and close the switchboard, answering all incoming calls in a warm, confident, professional and timely manner, promptly forwarding messages by email as and when required.
- Meeting and greeting all company visitors and clients with a friendly and professional approach.
- Ensure all company visitors and clients sign the visitor’s book and are issued a visitors pass.
- Assist in the co-ordination, allocation and reservation of company meeting rooms.
- Manage the Franking Machine and outgoing mail.
- Manage the HR daily Attendance Report.
- General receptionist duties including keeping the reception area tidy at all times, updating and maintaining Stationery Spreadsheet and other general ad hoc Administration duties.
- Monday to Wednesday, 8:45am to 5:15pm / 30 minutes for lunch
