SWGR are looking to recruit a Part-Time Fleet Administrator to assist our Fleet and Asset department.

The Role:
- Dealing with telephone queries from staff and suppliers.
- Updating the vehicle spreadsheet with new vehicles, changes to details etc.
- Passing fines, parking charges etc to accounts for payment.
- Checking driver speeding data and highlighting anyone found driving over the limit liaising with internal departments to identify driver.
- Carry out licence checks on DVLA website.
- Ensure the asset management systems are kept up to date and information is accurate at all times.
- Keep track of MOT/Servicing dates and book vehicles in as appropriate.
- Scanning, filing and shredding.
The Ideal Candidate :
- A strong administration background is essential – experience in fleet advantageous
- Excellent organisation skills
- Good communicator
- Confident raising disputes
- Works well to deadlines
- Driving licence desirable
Additional information:
This role will be based 2 days per week within our Springburn office, 9am until 5pm with a 45 minute lunch break. Working pattern can be any two days between
