SWGR are recruiting for a skilled HR professional. We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Manager to join our growing company.This role will be based in the Bristol area.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
• Development, review and implementation of company HR policies and procedures and to assess and to manage the introduction of all updates or changes in Employment Law.
• Ensure that all personnel engaged with by the company are fully compliant with all statutory UK Employment Law obligations and engagement status is properly categorised.
• Ensure all relevant statutory or company documentation is completed and compliant with company HR and statutory UK Employment Law processes and obligations.
• Work closely with business leaders and provide consistent HR advice and support to ensure that all employment legislation, HR Policies and Procedures are understood and adhered to.
• Support change and identify solutions to business issues and contribute to delivering the business objectives and strategy in order to add value to the businesses.
• Assist business leaders and stakeholders in creating an integrated resourcing strategy that enables the business to meet current and future requirements and challenges.
• Responsible for managing the TUPE transfer for various new frameworks.
• Managing and resolving all employee relations issues including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances and absence management.
• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment from creation of job adverts, interviews, issuing.
• You will work closely with business leaders and provide consistent HR advice and support to ensure that all employment legislation, HR policies and procedures are understood and adhered to.
Knowledge and Experience
• Ideally CIPD Level 5/HR Degree.
• Excellent knowledge of UK Employment Law.
• HR Management experience including TUPE.
• Proven record of improving recruitment and retention.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to form good working relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
