As we move towards 2012, the Management Board of SW Global Resourcing have been developing and streamlining many aspects of the business, with a view to improving turnover, profit, market share and the worldwide capacity and capabilities of the operation. A great deal of time has also been invested in enhancing the company's HR policies and procedures, designed to reinforce our key message to clients - ‘Performance through People’.
Whilst ever mindful of the challenges of the here and now and the need for continuity of its daily operations, the Directors have also focused on the bigger global arena in which the company operates. This has led to significant investment being made in developing new services and identifying alternative marketplaces, along with creating closer links with other key partners, including developing a joint venture to service the Australian marketplace. These seeds have been planted for the medium to long term and very much illustrates the Board's focus on measured diversification, capitalising on developing markets and spreading risk.
To underline SWGR’s intent, the company is delighted to launch its new website. A sharper more contemporary design, coupled with up-to-date information on the services on offer, recent news items and a selection of relevant case studies, offers anyone viewing the site a much greater insight in to what SWGR is all about. Similarly, those seeking a career with either the company or one of its clients now have a much simpler way of submitting their application. |
