SW Global Resourcing (SWGR) is a major supplier of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Fabrication and Railway personnel to numerous clients in the UK and Worldwide.

Originally founded in 1985 as Scotweld Employment Services Limited, SWGR operates from several service centres throughout the UK and worldwide and is managed from our purpose built headquarters in Glasgow.

In addition to our recruitment services, SWGR also provide Specialist Contracting, Training and Industrial Supplies, making us a one-stop shop for all our clients' contracting and resourcing requirements.

Our specialist experience, skill and capacity, coupled with an understanding of our clients’ needs gives us an all round capability in most industrial sectors and sets us apart from our competitors.

We are fully committed to Safety and Quality in all areas of our business and our in-house advisors assist in achieving the concepts and objectives of Safety, Environmental and Quality.

SWGR delivers the full range of skilled and semi-skilled contract personnel and our specialist contracting divisions can deliver medium-sized civil engineering contracts, fencing renewal and inspection, rail welding, vegetation control and numerous other requirements.

All SWGR personnel are equipped with the required protective clothing in accordance with PPE work regulations.
