Track Teams

All SWGR track teams have a Supervisor/Ganger who is knowledgeable, resourceful and motivated. The teams can, if requested, come with a variety of hand tools, trolleys and lighting. All track staff are competent and trained in the use of small plant i.e. bance, railsaw etc. PPE is supplied to our staff through our internal supplier and renewed on a regular basis.

Safety Critical Staff Allocation

Safety Critical staff are chosen for their local knowledge, experience and home station. We are introducing the GOLD standard for safety critical staff allocation and are working with several of our clients to formalise these procedures.
